劉相增在調研(yan)座談中對(dui)交易(yi)集團(tuan)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)給予充分(fen)肯(ken)定,他(ta)指出,交易(yi)集團(tuan)黨(dang)(dang)委能夠(gou)把人(ren)才(cai)(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)擺在突出位置(zhi),全(quan)面落(luo)實人(ren)才(cai)(cai)強(qiang)企戰略,堅持黨(dang)(dang)管人(ren)才(cai)(cai),完善制度(du)機制,打造家企文化,圍繞(rao)引才(cai)(cai)、育才(cai)(cai)、用才(cai)(cai)、留才(cai)(cai),全(quan)方(fang)位做好(hao)人(ren)才(cai)(cai)各項(xiang)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo),取得了良好(hao)成效(xiao)。

劉相增強調,要(yao)深入(ru)學(xue)習貫(guan)徹中(zhong)央人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議精神、省(sheng)委(wei)(wei)對(dui)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)部(bu)署要(yao)求和省(sheng)國資委(wei)(wei)貫(guan)徹落(luo)實(shi)意(yi)見,認真總結人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)好做法好經驗(yan),深入(ru)分析人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)中(zhong)存在(zai)的(de)問(wen)題(ti),研究落(luo)實(shi)人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)強企戰略,健全完善人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)機制(zhi),制(zhi)定加(jia)強改進人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)的(de)有(you)效措施辦法,切實(shi)推進新時代人(ren)(ren)(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)有(you)效落(luo)實(shi)。

調研組通(tong)過(guo)聽取(qu)匯報、座談(tan)(tan)交流(liu)、個人(ren)訪談(tan)(tan)等方(fang)式,對企業(ye)人(ren)才(cai)隊伍建設、人(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)存(cun)在問題和(he)落實中央人(ren)才(cai)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)會議(yi)(yi)精神的(de)工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)舉措及建議(yi)(yi)進行全(quan)面了解(jie)。集(ji)團(tuan)黨委工(gong)(gong)作(zuo)部(人(ren)力資源(yuan)部)負責(ze)(ze)人(ren)及集(ji)團(tuan)中層骨干、權屬企業(ye)負責(ze)(ze)人(ren)、青年人(ren)才(cai)、新入職員工(gong)(gong)代表(biao)分別座談(tan)(tan)發言。
