全方位靶向(xiang)對(dui)焦(jiao)。集團黨委(wei)著力構筑企業黨建(jian)與中心(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)相融(rong)合(he)的空間維(wei)(wei)度,形(xing)成以戰略(lve)目標(biao)為中心(xin)的四個(ge)維(wei)(wei)度融(rong)合(he)路(lu)徑,全方位向(xiang)著一個(ge)戰略(lve)目標(biao)聚焦(jiao)發(fa)力。把(ba)(ba)黨建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)寫入集團及各(ge)權屬企業章程,制定完善了(le)黨委(wei)會(hui)、董(dong)事會(hui)、經理層決(jue)策(ce)程序及清單,切實(shi)發(fa)揮黨組織“把(ba)(ba)方向(xiang)、管大局、保落實(shi)”的作(zuo)(zuo)用。針對(dui)以往黨建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)與中心(xin)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)融(rong)入不夠等問(wen)(wen)題(ti),梳理了(le)問(wen)(wen)題(ti)清單、任務清單,有針對(dui)性解(jie)決(jue)存在的問(wen)(wen)題(ti)。樹立圍繞中心(xin)抓黨建(jian)、抓好黨建(jian)促(cu)發(fa)展的工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)理念,建(jian)立完善了(le)黨建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)責任制考評辦法等黨建(jian)工(gong)(gong)(gong)作(zuo)(zuo)各(ge)項制度機制15項。
